I’M NOT FAMILIAR WITH ESPORTS; HOW DO THE LEAGUES WORK:
Our leagues pit our local athletes against one another as well as other competitors online and, occasionally, other esports clubs. Each week, teams will practice one day a week and play online matches on Saturdays to win points that contribute towards a leaderboard. Trophies and prizes are handed out, and winners are declared at the end of each season.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE A CERTAIN “RANK” OR “LEVEL” TO PARTICIPATE:
Players of all skill levels are welcome to play and be part of the team. Esports AL, welcomes gamers of all skill levels and experience. Whether your child is just starting or is an experienced gamer, our programs cater to everyone. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment where they can learn, improve, and have fun.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE AT ALPHA ESPORTS AL:
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. Our facilities have security measures, and our staff is trained to create a safe and inclusive atmosphere. We also have guidelines and policies to ensure a respectful and harassment-free environment. Additionally, we encourage parents to communicate with us regarding any specific concerns or requirements.
WILL MY CHILD NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN GAMING EQUIPMENT/ACCESSORIES:
We provide all gaming equipment, including headsets, keyboards, mice, and controllers. You do not need to bring any equipment, but using personal equipment can enhance comfort and familiarity, so it’s entirely up to you and/or your child’s preference. However, using modified controllers and equipment like a Cronus Max is prohibited.

CAN MY TEAM PRACTICE/COMPETE AT YOUR FACILITY:
Our center can be rented out for private parties and team events, such as practices and competitions. Please contact us for more information.
DO YOU OFFER EARLY DROP-OFF AND LATE PICK-UP:
We occasionally offer early drop-off/late pickup options for an additional cost. Please ask a staff member if these options are available for your event/camp. Otherwise, please plan your drop-off and pick-up accordingly and communicate ahead of time with staff when possible.
How We Use Your Information:
We use the information collected to: Provide and manage our services, events, and memberships. Process transactions and send payment confirmations. Improve our website, services, and customer experience. Communicate updates, promotional offers, and event notifications. Ensure security and prevent fraudulent activities.
CAN MY CHILD LEAVE TO WALK INTO THE ADJOINED BUSINESSES:
No, players may not enter adjacent stores during program hours without permission
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations, for any reason, received at least two (2) weeks before the start of the season will be eligible for a full refund. Those who cancel their registration within thirteen (13) days of the first day of the season will receive a 50% refund of their season payment. Individuals who DO NOT attend their registered season (no-shows) will forfeit their full season payment.
LOST AND FOUND:
Lost Items – Esports AL and DiVRgence is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Found items may be held at Esports AL and DiVRgence until the last day of the season. Any remaining lost and found items will be discarded at the end of the season.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share information with:

ARE YOU A CHILD CARE FACILITY:
No, we are not a childcare facility. Our programs are designed to offer an engaging and educational experience in esports, tech, and AI. While we prioritize safety and supervision during our activities, we do not provide traditional childcare services. Parents or guardians should ensure their child is dropped off and picked up according to our schedule.
